markdown computer is coming

LLMs like markdown, humans like markdown.

The idea is to build a “computer” or a framework and set of apps that are all based in markdown so that a LLM can operate it as well as a human can. The software will also include a CLI so the LLM and Human can run commands

The system prompts set up for the LLM will include lots of system data, including the majority of the main directory as to remain efficient

Vance and AI Accelerationism

This morning, JD Vance gave a speech about AI at the AI Action Summit in Paris. I wanted to share this speech because it describes almost exactly how I feel about AI, stated more eloquently than I could.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is going to change the world. If the previous administration’s war on AI had continued, the US would have quickly fallen behind the rest of the world in every way. The Trump administration, or at least Vance, has a view on the topic that remains optimistic for America and humanity.

As of February 09, 2025, the concept of DOGE, originally stemming from the United States Digital Service (USDS) initiated by Obama in 2014, has taken an interesting turn under the Trump administration. Here’s a brief overview of how DOGE operates within the legal framework:

In 2014, President Obama established the USDS to address the catastrophic launch of the Obamacare website. Fast forward to 2025, and Trump rebranded this service as DOGE, maintaining its funding but shifting its focus to “Find the Receipts” - essentially an oversight mission to ensure transparency and accountability within federal operations.
